All our products are digital STL files for 3D printing. As these are non-tangible downloads, all sales are considered final once the files are delivered.

💬 Refunds

While we generally do not offer refunds for digital downloads, we do make exceptions in the following specific cases:

  • Wrong File Delivered – If you receive a different STL file than the one you ordered.
